Because the goods are imported into the EU, the following charges may apply upon delivery:
  • EU import VAT (value-added tax) 
  • Customs duties depending on destination country and order value
  • Handling fees charged by local postal service or couriers

These fees are not included in our product prices and are collected by local customs authorities.

Switzerland

Swiss customs may apply VAT and import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.

Canada

Canadian customs may charge GST/HST and import duties upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.

Australia

For orders under AUD 1'000, GST or duties may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices.
